It’s finally starting to feel like summer outside and it’s easy to forget to drink enough water while you’re chasing little’s around. Fortunately, this is less of a concern than many of us have been told! While it’s important for your overall health to remember to grab a glass of water when you’re thirsty, there really is no reason to fret about exactly how much you’re drinking in order to make enough milk. You don’t have to chug gallons of water a day, or sports drink, or dairy milk. You don’t need to drink anything special in order to make milk! Just drink to your thirst and you’ll be great. Play on!
